Inclusive by Design is our B2B division, helping design, product, and engineering teams build more inclusive digital experiences. We deliver immersive learning sessions led by people with lived experience of disability, starting with partial blindness.

These sessions foster empathy, deepen understanding, and turn awareness into tangible product improvements. By hearing directly from those affected, teams see and feel the barriers their users face, bringing the need for accessible design to life in a powerful and personal way.

We deliver first-hand, B2B learning experiences that move beyond checklists. Led by individuals living with disabilities, our sessions give teams authentic insights into the challenges and solutions of inclusive design.
